Reformat & Add Commas

Hi,

This may be a simple question & simpler solution...

I have over a 100 lines of ID's in Excel and I saved it as a CSV however, when I open the file it still basically looks the same:

123
1223
100455 etc.

I want it to look like:

123,1223,100455,etc.

Is there a way to convert it to this format?

Sorry, I was just indicating I was really confused ... not relating to your answer on the reformatting.
