could someone please tell me how to delete a thread that I started. Thank you. No VBA needed (I hope).
You will need to get one of the administrators/moderators to do it for you (send them a private message). They will probably want a reason from you.
The alternative would be to edit your posts to something like "Post deleted".
Only moderators or admins can delete a thread - send a PM to one of them (those currently on-line are listed on the home page).

You don't need to delete the thread. You need to read forum rules. Then you have to add code tags to that thread as my request and stop to post duplicate threads as my other request in your other(duplicate thread).
