Dragging cells over causes the formulas to all return 0.00%, my supervisor told me I need to change something in excel options>formulas> but i cannot seem to find the correct toggle to fix this. Any ideas?

You can get more help if you upload a sample spreadsheet. Go advanced to do that and follow the prompts.

Here is an example as you can see 4Q17 doesn't work..... its the correct formula as well.
The request was for a sample workbook, not a pic. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff)
Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.
