    Vlookup not working :(

    Trying to get a cell to return the information but i keep getting #N/A

    It shows the same length using Len( )
    All formatting is under general
    No weird spaces, or missing lines

    Both cells are the same, I have done =B6=v3 , which returns true

    Tried =VLOOKUP($B$6,Table2,6,0)
    =VLOOKUP(B6,P2:X1,6,0)
    =VLOOKUP($B$2,$P$2:$X$1,6,0)
    =VLOOKUP(B6,P2:X1,V:V,0)

    and any other combo you can think of

    When I change the 0 to True, it comes back with random info

    but its still not giving me the info :[

    PS ALL INFORMATION IN THE RECORDS IS FAKE! So the ssn and phone numbers are not real

    have you sorted your data?

    Is it sorted smallest to largest?

    Hi spazz,

    You don't need to have the column as the first in your range if you use the Index Match combination. See:
