Unable to locate the cells that use these weblinks

Good afternoon,

This one has been stumping me for a while now. See the attached sheet - it goes to two web addresses for data. I don't want it to and I can't figure out where to stop it from trying. There is also one link to external data that I can't break.

I have several files that do the same thing. One of them, I was able to narrow it down to a particular sheet so just deleted that sheet but I only found that tab by trial and error. I feel like I should be able to see what is going on.

FYI - the original sheet has many more tabs but I had to delete them as they contained sensitive information. All of the information in the attached is for reference only.
