Hi there,

I have seen this posted once before but I have not seen a solution yet.

I have over 1000 rows in a table and many have a comment with an image in it. Sometimes when I delete one of these cells or the entire row and then re-open the file I get an error message and I lose ALL the comments in the entire spreadsheet including the embedded images. Is there a way to prevent this? What I have been doing is deleting small batches of rows, re-naming the file, and then opening in case it corrupts the file.

The only potential solution I have seen is to save as Excel 93-97 which does not have that problem. Perhaps I can do that, delete the rows and then re-save as Excel 2010 but I'm not sure if I will lose any functionality.
