Conditional formatting - formula to highlight repeated cells

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked before.

Basically, I'd like CF that highlights cells with a value that has already appeared in an earlier cell in the column. For example, if C1, C4 and C5 all had the same value, C1 would not be highlighted, but C4 and C5 would.

You could set a CF rule to any and all cells below C1, that way C1 would be unaffected, but depending on your exact situation that might not work out for you.

I should say also that this should be for all value with repetition, so in the 'C' example, C2 and C3 could have a different repetition, and again I only want C3 highlighted.
