How to Combine Content of Adjacent Vertical Cells Into One Cell?

It would be great to find an answer to this question.

When viewing a spreadsheet, how do you combine the contents of cells in the same column but different rows into one cell?

i.e. You have a spreadsheet with ten rows and content in columns A-F. How do I combine the content of column C in rows 7-10 into one cell.

I'm sorry I need to elaborate, I need the contents of the seperate vertical cells displayed in one cell, in a vertical list, left justified.

i.e.:

xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
