City/ State/ Country to TimeZone conversion

I have an Excel file with Column A containing mixture of City Name, State Name, Country Name. Is there a way I can map these to Time Zones. Is there any excel available for me to do a VLOOKUP? Or Is there any formulas available to convert City/ State/ Country name to Time Zone?

E.g.
*Macau
*Macedonia, The Former Yugoslav
*Madagascar
*Malawi
*Malaysia
*Maldives
*Mali
*Malta

Please Help.

To use VLOOKUP you have to have the data to look up. I would google around to see if there is a table on the net with cities and associated time zones that you can use.
