Deleting Duplicated Text In Multiple Rows

    Hi,
My name is Gracie. I'm new to the forum.

I use Office 2003... As shown in my attachment, I would like to delete duplicated text in multiple rows. I use to know how to do this but it's not coming to mind. I don't want to have to do this, row-by-row, as this file has 4806 rows. My attachment is a screenshot of my file, to show you all, for example purposes-only. I would like to delete data, starting from the dot, to the last name. How do I do this? In advance, thank-you for your help.

    Hi GracieTeu,
    Welcome to the Forum.

Attach a sample workbook not an image. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
    Regards
    sktneer

You can simply use Find and Replace...
Try Replacing ".*" with Nothing ie "" (without quotes.)
    that should do...
