Data Validation with multiple criteria

I have data validation on my (Daily Chgs Tab) in cells (B3-b45) - Originally I had it just set up to where you can choose your first filter in cell (b2) then depending on what you selected it would filter out lists for your choices in Cells (b3-b45) - My Issue is now we have decided to break up the Column into specific items being placed into specific sections but for the most part it is still dependent on the overall filter in (b2).

Example : If MWD is chosen in Cell (b2) then going down I would like the choices displayed in Cell (b4-b10) to include only the choices for Operating / Standby Charges which are on the Other Data tab in Cells (Q4-Q37)

Example2 : If MWD is chosen in Cell (b2) then going down I would like the choices displayed in Cell (b12-b18) to include only the choices for Maintenance Charge which are on the Other Data tab in Cells (Q40-Q56)

Example3 : If MWD is chosen in Cell (b2) then going down I would like the choices displayed in Cell (b20-b23) to include only the choices for Core Charges which are on the Other Data tab in Cells (Q59-Q76)

Example4 : If MWD is chosen in Cell (b2) then going down I would like the choices displayed in Cell (b25-b30) to include only the choices for Inspections which are on the Other Data tab in Cells (Q78-Q85)

Example5 : If MWD is chosen in Cell (b2) then going down I would like the choices displayed in Cell (b32-b38) to include only the choices for 3rd Party tools/subs which are on the Other Data tab in Cells (Q88-Q100)

Example2 : If MWD is chosen in Cell (b2) then going down I would like the choices displayed in Cell (b40-b45) to include only the choices for Miscellaneous Charges which are on the Other Data tab in Cells (Q103-Q110)

If I can see how to incorporate this set of choices hopefully I can get the other to work.
