Rank/Sort that removes or doesn't count information of specific criteria

I have a golf score sheet that has players scores and team totals. My goal is to create an additional individual player scoring ranking that only includes players from teams outside of the top 3 in the team ranking. Is there a way to put in a formula that automatically looks at the team ranking to eliminate players from the top 3 teams or maybe have a conditional formatting that highlights players from the top 3 teams? I was thinking of some type of a lookup function but have hit a road block.

This may be close to what you're looking for. All highlighted cells have equations in them just for reference purposes. Obviously you can remove the highlighting after you've looked at it.

I automated the individual ranking for all teams (Column G) and I added two helper columns that can be hidden (Columns I:J). Then the ranking excluding individuals from the top 3 schools is to the right (Columns L:O). Let me know if this is what you had in mind and/or if you have any questions.
