POP box delete and alter

In D46 I have a text box coming up that I need to either delete or know how it works. Note: its not a comment box that you get when you right click.

I didn't design this sheet so I cannot do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Select entire row right click select format cells set it to number

How would I keep the text box but change its contents?

You mean to perform calculations, if so Post a sample in excel file

If you click on F46 then you will see a pop text box.

Data > Data Validation > Data Validation... Change Input Message
