Alter value in one cell alter value in multiple cells

I have a project where i have 4 employees with 4 salaries and 4 different total sales. I have a cell that uses a 3.5 commission percentage times the total sales to give me a commission amound that I add to their salaries to get a total pay. My problem is I must set up the cell with the commission percentage in a way that if I change the 3.5% in one cell it changes in all four regardless of which of the four I pick. Any ideas?
