I want to print A1 :D11 in two pages(rows A1:A6 in page 1 and A7:A11 on page two).while printing, I Want to get row one to repeat on each page. And to get the footnotes(A13:A14) on each page. How to accomplish this? when i opt for footer , the footnotes comes at the lowest part of the page. i want the footnote be immediately after the data rows.

    Hi,

    See attached.

You need to use the Page Layout section of the Ribbon.
To create a page break position the active cell on A7 and click Break..Insert Page Breaks.

To Create a footer I first joined the text of the two cells together with a line feed character (ALt Enter) after the text of note 1 into a single cell and copied that. Then clicked the small left to right down arrow in the corner of the Page set up area, selected Header/Footer, and in the footer area pasted the text I'd copied.

To repeat rows pick the Sheet tab section in the Page Setup and enter 1:1 in the Rows to repeat area.

This is already done on the attached so you just need to print A1:D11
