Copying Specific Data to Another work sheet based on criteria

Take a look at your workbook I edited. I think I understood (for the most part) what you are trying to accomplish, but was not sure what you wanted in the Summary tabs' Upcoming PM's and Cell locations.

Try changing the drop down choices for cells H21:K21 on the Tracker tab, and then look at the Summary tab and see if that works for you.

It definitely pulls the information I need for the specified lines. My problem is that I need it to pull from the entire tracker and compile each operation that fit the criteria. Since the tracker will grow and shrink referencing specific cells becomes problem. I Need to locate the rows which contain those criteria then pull the information which corresponds to it. Then build the summary from that adding and removing rows for each operation which meet or no longer the criteria. I know it is a pretty tall order.

So are you saying you only want the data from the Tracker tab to be applied to the Summary sheet if it is yellow or red, and not necessarily have it's own cell location on the Summary tab?

Hmmm...that does make it a bit more tricky, but I don't think impossible. If you're unfamiliar with how to, google dynamic named ranges and read up on those a bit. Coupled with arrays (which would be applied to the necessary cells within the Tracker tab), and the SMALL function, you should be able to accomplish what you are trying to do with a little tinkering.
