Issue copying formula

I'm trying my best to learn formulas in Excel, but I'm struggling with understanding how to copy a formula from one tab to another within the same worksheet. The image below is a formula that a co-worker created for me that is quite lengthy, and I'm just trying to copy it into a cell on a different tab, but when I do I get a #VALUE! error message. I have no idea what to do with this.

In this next image you can see that I'm getting an error message.

    Re: Issue copying formula

Your formulas are changing the tables they are referring to, and looking for the same column names. For example,

    =IF(Table18[@[Reqs Entered]]

The Reqs Entered column doesn't exist on table18, so it will cause an error.

Can you attach a sample workbook? Click the Go Advanced button, and you will see a section to upload a file . it looks like a paperclip icon.
You should hit F5, because chances are I've edited this post at least 5 times.

    Hi, welcome to the forum

You are working with what's called a structured table in excel. They are not my favorite, and they can make understaning formulas a bit tough for newbies.

1 way around this would be to turn off the table until you get the hang of the formula, and then, when you understand whats going on, re=apply the table
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
