Difficult to say without knowing a little more and seeing the current state of the workbook.
Are you talking about a Pivot Table or just a regular range of cells in a 'normal' table.
How did you apply the filter? Manually or with a macro?
Is it an Autofilter or an Advanced filter?
Is the filter still in place?
Stating the obvious I suppose and if it's an Autofilter, have you removed the filter which will restore the original view.

Agree with Richard, but a tip for future reference - save teh file before you start messing around with it (and maybe even save a back-up if its that important?), that way you can fiddle with stuff knowing that you still have the original to fall back on.
(also, have you tried using CTRL Z - undo)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

I'm just experimenting with that feature. I made 3 columns and I was play with the different filters from different columns, it's when I wondered how to restore the original table because in every drop-down menu, the "clear filter" option is grayed out.
They are greyed out because that is not a "filter table", you have applied the Table format to your range, not a filter
