    Hi Moe1986,

This is "Test box" , You can find one in developer TAB -> Insert ->Text Box Active Control

    thanks Punnam,

is there a way of converting these to normal number format?

I have thousands of lines and I don't want to be copying and pasting one at a time!

    hi moe1986,

Sorry to say, i think can be done with the help of VBA , i am not having knowledge of VBA , hope other forum member could be helpful
I suggest you change the tile from "Unknown Format " to "Convert text Box to cell" or "Copy and paste data from text box to cell"

Best solution is to record a macro for this.

Plz record a macro and edit it as necessary.

Recording a macro is real easy and very helpful most of the times.
