You try this.
put this in a spare, blank column and copy down....
=MOD(ROW(),3)
Then use filters to display only 1's in that column Home Tab/Editing/Sort and Filter/Filter, then inteh drop-down, uncheck all but 1

Oh wow, that's really cool, would've never thought of that, as you can see from my other post, that's the approach I attempted, I may or may not reply to that one...because this one's perfect .
