Hi, I would be very grateful if anyone can provide advice as to the formulas used in the attached sheet and how I may be able to replicate them.
I would like to create a similar sheet for my own event which will be held using multiple heats (ie i will require columns 1-10 as opposed to 1-6), and with different race names etc.

Without the worksheet password, you cannot unprotect the worksheet and, unless you unprotect the worksheet, you cannot see or copy the formulae.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist you in circumventing security mechanisms.
