Multiple Countifs? or dont know whats next to use

Hi Excel Forum,

I have a problem in regard to counting the number of met orders as well as the names of the employee.

like for example is the attached file I included on this post, I would like to get the count of orders per person and the count of orders which met the cycle time.

My cycle time is 5 and below so it clearly shows what is met and not. I used countif for the count of orders, just unsure on what to use to get the count of orders that met my cycle time per employee.

I also show on what the expected result would be.
