voting system

Hey Guy's i have a idea in my head but not sure if it can be done so i will explain first before i try

i want to have a voteing system for staff - i would like to be able to send sheet by email to each staff member with some sort of voting system,maybe command box type ,once they vote it says thank you for your vote,if they try again it says sorry you have already voted

i would like it so that when they vote by sheet sent by email that it updates a sheet for tallying up votes on a central sheet

can this be done

i have found this sheet and would like this but would just like the vote for best staff member, i would also like to be able to reset it for each week,,,can anyone help please

OK guys i have given this ago and i am probably around 50% there.

i would like it to check username and password for entry at login
when username and password are correct it closes down form to open vote form
also how do i get it to only allow each person one vote then close

please any help would be great

Store the names in a hidden sheet when they have successfully logged in. And, whenever anyone does log in successfully, you check to see if their name is already in the list.

i would like it to refuse them as the way it set up now they can vote as many times as they want

i sheet i found and posted earlier does this but im not that good at vba
