Shortcut for copying and pasting a formula to the end of a row or column with data in it?

Hi Everyone,

Simple question. I have a row and a column and I want to be able to copy and paste my formula from one cell into all the cells that are covered by the row and the column. that is till the end of where data is entered in the row (headings) and the columns (vertical headings). I hope that makes sense.

Is there a shortcut for this instead of having to drag the formula in the selected cell all the way to the end of the row with the corresponding headings and then dragging the formula all the way till the end of the column headings?

im working on a mac. do you know what the F5 equivalent would be? thanks for your help!

i am on a mac I don't have end keys is there an equivalent? for shift + ctr+ end key
