Conditional formatting problem

I have a spread sheet on Bloomberg. I went into condtional formating and released a rule for specific rows i had highlighted. I made all of my changes and saved my work yesterday. When i open the spreadsheet i can see all the new changes i made while it is in the process of filling in or downloading. then it reverts back to the way it was the day before i made all the changes. Can someone tell me how to save my changes where they automatically come up when I open the spread sheet?
