Making multiple e-mail addresses into hyperlinks.

I have been working this for hours. It is sooooo easy, I am mad at myself. If you have several e-mail addresses in several cells all you have to do is make the first e-mail address or the last e-mail address in a column or a row into a hyperlink. Then, Click on the bottom right corner of the cell(It is a little black box), that you just made into a hyperlink(you will have to click on it twice. Because it will open into an e-mail). Once you have clicked on the Little Black Box where the new hyperlink is in, then hold and drag it over all the cells that you want to make e-mail addresses into hyperlinks. Don't Panic!, because it will copy the same e-mail address across all the e-mails you go over with the same e-mail address. Once you have stopped on the last cell that you want to convert. Then click on the Little Black Box, again, there will be another drop down box. Then, click on Fill Formatting Only. Then all of you e-mails will convert to hyperlinks.

This process, did over 500 e-mails into hyperlinks for me.

Correction!!! I tried to open the e-mails that I converted into hyperlinks and they did not open.

So, I double clicked and triple clicked on the one above and then back to the one below and it worked. so, if you have to use a hyperlink you will have to follow the above sentence to get it to work. Once it opens into an e-mail it will work from then on.

In closing, this NOT a fix. I am sorry, I thought I had it figured out.
