Well I have a file of In which I have all the worlds countries air lines codes which are only of two letters. I am attaching the file. I Need a formula that I get first two letter in one cell and it's description in the next cell which is currently is attached in one cell.
Secondly I want to arrange them in alphabetical. For example I filter of M and i get all the m letter codes. Hope i've explained every thing.

Suggest you attempt to do a text to columns using the built in Excel functionality. It is located on the Data Tab. Your delimiter would be the dash "-".
