Copy/Paste problems - Column/Row Height/Width changing

I have created a document and filled up the entire page. However, I need to copy it about 120 times (the data will change in the cells). It is linked to another sheet with data.

When I copy it and paste it below, all of the row heights change. How can I prevent this?

Also, oddly the copy shows as shaded in the page break preview and doesn't show up in the print preview.

What am I missing?
