I need three parts to a worksheet that act independently of each other.

Hi guys thanks for reading my post. I am looking to split my worksheet into three parts that act independently of each other. So there are going to be three pictures that i will lay command buttons on. laying over the top of the worksheet is one image that i want fixed and static. The space below this picture will be split in two making a "T" shape. on the left will be one picture with command buttons on it and on the left will be another picture also with command buttons on. I need these two pictures to be able to work independently of each other in terms of scrolling up and down. and if there is a way of putting dedicated scroll bars on to each that would be perfect. i have looked at freezing panes and splitting screens but does not seem like an option that works and also it seems to leave those horrible and silver lines.

Would really appreciate your help with this as i am really stuck for ideas.

    Thanks in advance.
