New row with data validation

I've created a table with data validation (list), when I tap to start new row, data validation is gone. see attached file fabric.GVS oo Final.xlsx

Data validation does copy down in Data Tables. That said, there was something odd about the way your Table was set up. I simply converted your Table back into a range and then set it p as a Table again & it's fine, now.. There was also a mistake in the INDEX-MATCH formulas which I think I have fixed. I have not tried to find the circular reference that you are alerted to when the sheet is opened.
