If two cells contain any values then return TRUE

What would the formula be if I want to return TRUE if two cells contain values (i.e. they're not blank). If neither cell or only just one of the cells contain a value then it would return FALSE.

This formula returns FALSE if either referenced cell is blank...Otherwise: TRUE
