Lookup value in sheet, and count number of cells in that row that match multiple criteria

Hi

I have a sheet with identifiers in a column. I want to look up these identifiers in another sheet and then, if specific columns in that row match certain criteria, count the number of cells in that row that match.

For basic lookup you can use VLOOKUP formula. It will work if the value you are looking for has no duplicates. For basic counting you can use COUNTIF or COUNTIFS based on your exact situation.
