There are two _source.xls tables. These need to be reformatted to match the format of the corresponding _target.xls table. There is one example line in each _target.xls table - do the reformatting accordingly.
Basically, in each of the tables there are counts for several animal taxa in 36 samples. The counts need to be summarized for each replicate.
nematode: there are empty cells in the Taxon column. Remove these, and remove the corresponding cells also from the Count, so the row lengths match.
enchytrid: there are two entries for each taxon, e.g. "Achaeta pannonica" has a value for the "up" Meta1 field, and an other value for the "down" Meta1 field. These values need to be summed for the target file, so Achaeta pannonica is present in only a single column in the target file. The Meta1 will not be included into the target file.tables_convert.zip
