I've a spreadsheet with over 6000 product lines.
Each product has its own unique Product ID but may have the same image and be repeated on multiple pages in a catalogue (approx 300 pages in total to cover).
Is there an easy way for me to filter/highlight any Product IDs that can be found on Page 1?

Obviously if I search for 1, it also brings up other numbers including 1 in it (ege 141) etc?

Try this:
in F2 enter this formula and copy it down
=","&C2&","
Apply filter to the top row,then click on Filter drop down and in search box type in ,1,

If your pages are sorted from low to high, you can use conditional formatting and pick formula option then enter =LEFT($C1,2) = "1,"
