Unable to format Time Properly

I have attached a sample workbook of what I am trying to accomplish for a shift bid sheet.

There are daily tabs as well as a master tab.

Daily tabs include cells for each hour with route names as the column headers. On the Sunday tab, route T1 shows a 6:00 start time (using MIN in C31) with 8 hours of revenue time (using COUNT in C30).

On the master tab, I used a formula to join the data in C30 and C31 with some text. My issue is that 6:00 is appearing as 0.25 and I am not sure how to format this properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
