Compare 2 columns extract unique / distinct records in 3 column without vba

I want comparing 2 columns & extract unique records in column naming Unique List with formula as I have done it by using data ---> remove duplicates
I want this result without using VBA as well as advance filter... this is actually sample data I have Column A 18750 records & Column B 21856 records....

Perhaps something like this? Using array formula (means when ENTERING the formula needs press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER button together, and then copied down as necessary/blanks)
