Match Date and Amount in two sheets and if equal replace bad entry

I’m really a novice at XL and I’ve come upon a problem is that beyond my scope of knowledge. The payee has gotten messed up such that when I run a pivot table the formatting is messed up by having multiple payees that should appear in one entry but there are several entries because of the mismatch of the payees. There are thousands of entries so doing it by hand would take me forever.

What I need is a formula to match the date and amount in the goodpayee sheet with the date and amount in the bad payee sheet and if they match to replace the badpapyee with the goodpayee.
