I am attempting to Format a ton of cells with a Conditional Format for the color. What I want is to have the cell being formatted to check a different cell to see if the number is higher. If it is, it gets formatted. However, each cell getting the conditional formatting is checking a different cell. The numbers are in identical rows and columns on two different sheets.

I don't know that there's any way of making this easy to do. Perhaps if you post a sample of what you need, we can see.
