    Question Creating a daily report

    Hi All,

    Wishing you all A Very Happy New Year !! :-))

    Am attaching a Excel sheet in which In entered the data manually.

    I would really appreciate some help in how to automate it either using vlookup or pivot tables etc.

    The consultants Joe, Harry, Shawn and Phil on a daily basis find different job profiles and rate them.

    In the report tab I would like to know how many profiles have been selected by Joe, Harry, Shawn and Phil based on rating by each of them daily and a sum of them.

    Please note: in their respective sheets they can fill in watever job profiles and it must automatically change in the report tab sheet.

    Really appreciate some quick help on this

    PS: I might add some more rating columns as well like A++(+)

    Presently it is getting details from Sheet "Jeo" if you want to get the details from Sheet "Harry" then

    Change the name "Jeo" as "Harry" in Cell D1 of Sheet "DAILY REPORT"
    or
    Copy the Entire Columns "D:H" and paste in Column "I" and change the name "Jeo" as "Harry" in Cell I1 of Sheet "DAILY REPORT"

    I just have 3 queries :

    I must tell you the scenario where I am implementing this:

    I am putting this on google docs so Joe,Harry,Shawn and Phil can update real time.

    1. When I change the Job profile on their individual sheets the change does not reflect on the daily report worksheet
    2. How can I add a few more rating columns ?
    3. Will this be a problem on google docs realtime updation ?

    let me clarify a bit more

    when in realtime joe, harry,shawn and phil update their individual worksheets on trackers with dates, job profiles and the ratings they get automatically updated on the daily report worksheet

    the date and the job profile are not linked ...the ratings are fine !! :-))))

    Really appreciate your efforts in sending me the file....

    Point 1 - When you change the job profile you also have to change the same in daily report worksheet too
    Point 2 - See the attached file little changes was made to earlier sheet, insert column between ratings and copy the formula from beside column and paste and name the rating in Cell in Row 2
    Point 3 - I do not have idea about google docs

    I am attaching the actual sheet am working on and i tried to replicate the same but it does not work :-(

    please also tell me how the date and job title field will automatically replicate in the daily report worksheet..how will it fetch the
    data(job title, actioned date) from the sheets radhika, divya, etc

    Also if I need to add more tabs...more consultants like radhika, divya...say myself Indrajit how would that work
