Excel not opening after emailing

Hi guys
I have an Excel sheet that has largely been written in vba. The sheet has been working fine since April 2014.
I update the sheet on a monthly basis and email it to a company director so that he has an analysis of the previous month.
I've just sent it through to him and, although he can open to the front page (dashboard); none of the command buttons are now working and he can't go anywhere from that page.
I've not changed any code and it all works fine at this end.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The code on the opening page is as follows and I can't think why my client(s) can't open from the dashboard as they have done in the past.
