    Conditional format batch of cells

Is there a way to conditional format a batch of cells?

I would like to change the colour of all of the cells relating to column D (Drg #) if all of the cells in column F display a "Yes" value, if any of the cells in column F display #N/A then I would like no formating to take place.

    Is this possible?Sample.xlsx

    Select d6:d14

    Conditional Formatting
    New Rule
    Use a formula to determine...

    =(COUNTIF(F$6:F$14,"Yes")=9)

    Format as required
Use Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to other cells if required

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Or use the below formula to make a new rule for conditional formatting.
