hide & unhide date picker on userform by ticking checkbox.

I want to hide the date picker if I tick the checkbox, I have tried getting this to work but to no avail, I know it will be somthing simple that I am missing, but could someone point me in the right direction as to where I am going wrong with this.

Thanks for taking a look Toonies, what I want to do is if checkbox is ticked then datepicker visible = false else datepicker visible = true, this is what I caanot get working.
