Question Data matching condition from multiple spread sheets written into list in new spread sheet

I am trying to amalgamate the descriptions from 14 spread sheets of test cases where the status = Failed into a list on the Defects spreadsheet. I am trying to avoid the list in the defects spread sheet showing blank lines when the test case in the original spread sheet did not contain the correct status.

=IF('System Test Case Cycle 1'!$E5=Codes!$F$6,'System Test Case Cycle 1'!I5,"")
Where column E is the status on the test case spread sheet and column I is the description I wish to track in the defect spreadsheet.
