Can you freeze the top line and have split screen on at the same time on a work sheet? I need header line to show at all times and 10 lines at the bottom of the worksheet to show at all times. There will be 300+ lines in-between the header and the 10 lines at the bottom.
To my knowledge there is NOT such a thing available in Excel.
If you are able to determine a criteria you are able to filter on that criteria.
If it are always the last 10 filled cells in file, maybe VBA can help you (but for that I can't help you enough).

Think this works in 2010 not sure, but in 2013 you can go view / new window to add a new window (of the same worksheet) and then view / arrange all and tile appropriately. You can then navigate each window seperately to see differnt bits of the same spreadsheet.
