Honestly, I am not sure if this is truly a "template". I am trying to take data from one worksheet that is delivered via email from a database dump. I am then trying to put the raw data into a different format.
I am looking for code or a formula that could read if a cell A2 = "Add" (when options are Add or Delete) then display if not then leave blank.
I am then wanting to only display only the rows that = "Add" and nothing else.
I am using this code (=IF('Original Format'!$A2="Add",'Original Format'!B2,"")) for a template I am building where I take the original data files dump into the template and it will format the data how the end users need it.
I have attached the workbook I am working from. I have changed the names to protect the innocent. I have figured out how to only display the "Add" rows but I don't need the blank rows preceeding or after.
I know that I could use the formula that I have existing and then run a macro that deletes out the blank rows. Are there any other options?
Thanks for your help!
