Problem entering one cell into another cell as text and getting numbers to format properly

This is trivial but if I could figure it out it would really help with these weekly reports I run. Please refer to the example sheet I have attached

Basically I get certain values to automatically populate based on data I can simply copy/paste into a worksheet. I then want to take these values and enter them into parts of other cells as text. Cell A1 is an example of this working exactly how I want it to... but in cell A2, I can't figure out how to get my bounce rate to format the way I want it to: exactly as it appears in cell H3 ("7.50%" rather than "0.075"). Cell A3 displays the same problem I have when I try to get this to display monetary values with a dollar sign and commas.

Any ideas of how I can get these numbers to display how I want them to? Maybe I need to go about it another way entirely, I don't know. It's tricky. Please help!

    Alternatively, you could also use.

    A2 Cell
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    A3 Cell
    Formula: copy to clipboard
