Move cell base on content of other cell

I have a sheet like this
A B C D
JOHN 2
CARL 3
MID 4

It's the long list and i just crop a small one
And in new week, i will have new data of A column like this
A
CARL
PETER
MID
TIM

So i wanna the column B will auto fit content with column A like in the old sheet when i paste the new data in A column, and the new name will have blank cell like this

A B C D
CARL 3
PETER
MID 4
TIM
