Conditional format based on two conditions

Received a request to build a stoplight chart that can easily be read to determine the status of some jobs.

The table below was the criteria to determine the color

	100-75%	75%-25%	25%-0%
0-3 Days	Green	Green	Green
4-7 Days	Yellow	Yellow	Green
7-10 Days	Red	Red	Yellow
10+ Days	Red	Red	Red

The idea would be that the first column would format a color based on the table, given the Days Remaining and % completed from another table.

Any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated.

The days, are these days given, days remaining, or what?

OK, but it seems a bit odd that the more relaxed the deadline, that the colour is red, and for the tighter deadlines, it is green.

Days REMAINING. Is that different from what you said in answer to my first post? Anyhow, how is this?
