Sending form from excel thru email as an attachment

Hi guys, I am trying to improve my skills in using excel, and this time I want to learn how can I send a form I created in excel be sent thru email as an attachment? I have variations of recipients depending as to who I set on the form, will this also be possible? Thank you in advance.
