How To Change The Default Excel Template

When you create a new excel document and open it, It writes "New Microsoft Excel Document" before the "Microsoft Excel" on the title bar. How can I change that?

I think I should create a new template like the way I want then replace it with the default Microsoft Excel Template where Office installed.
